Cparts4U.com reserves the right to monitor order activity to ensure a fair process. Cparts4U.com also reserves the right to reject any order deemed to be made in bad faith, or that may be in violation of local laws, taxes or restrictions. It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card.

 

Customer Cancellation Policy

It is Cparts4u.com policy to allow customers to automatically cancel orders that were placed in error, provided the cancellation request is made within 4-hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service advisors to do so.

 

Order Cancellation

CParts4U.com reserves the right to cancel orders, change posted quantities, remove items from sale or re-offer items that were previously withdrawn. We further reserve the right to cancel a sale or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise, including Surplus goods that are posted in error, unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.

Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice. Prices advertised in the Clearance email are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.

 

Payment and Sales Tax

CParts4U accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Optima and Discover credit cards thru PAYPAL. We also accept all government, universities and fortune 1000 Purchase orders.

 

All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.

 

Sales Tax will be charged depending on the shipping addressed as required by law.

Sales Policy

 

CParts4U.com stands behind every product we sell. All our product have 30 day warranty time you received your order.

 

Defective Products

 

Submit a Customer Service Request directly to CParts4U.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for the following:

o        Wrong quantity shipped

o        Wrong item shipped

o        Freight damage

All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. CParts4U does not accept returns on opened boxes unless proven defective. Defective products may be returned for a replacement order.
